This is a welcome/kickoff video for a Leadership Fundamentals eLearning program. The client wanted a warm, inspiring tone that speaks directly to employees about everyday leadership — "not as a title, but as a choice in the small moments."

I handled the full production: writing support on the script, narration, and editing the piece together with a mix of cinematic B-roll and clean motion graphics. The real challenge and fun was blending the live-action footage, animations, and provided informational graphics so the video felt motivational without being boring or overwhelming.
